General Rules Online Competition

1. ABOUT THE COMPETITION

The Musical Association ClassicAllMusic with the contribution of the City of Sogliano al Rubicone Department of Culture organises the: 22nd Online International Competition “Luigi Zanuccoli” for Young Musicians. The Competition is open to participants from different countries and regions around the world. Contestants are grouped according to age and compete by submitting a video.

Results: 20th March 2025

4.AUDITION VIDEO REQUIREMENTS

  • The dress code for the competition video should be respectful of the judges.
  • Piano accompaniment is required during the performance.
  • Please choose a recording studio, a small concert hall or a small indoor venue for the video recording location.
  • The video submitted by the contestants is required to be shot on a horizontal screen.
  • The videos submitted by the contestants shall not be post -edited in any way, nor shall any effects be added.

5. JURY

The jury will be composed of international musicians and other industry professionals. Members of the jury who have had a teaching relationship with the participant must refrain from voting for such competitors. The decision of the jury is final.

6. WINNER PRIZES

  • 1st/2nd/3rd Prize Winners will receive an award certificate
  • 1st Prize Winners are going to get Guidance teachers will receive the “Best Guidance Teacher” certificate
  • 1st/2nd/3rd Prize Winners Feedbacks from jury members
  • 1st Prize Winners are going to be admitted to the main “L.Zanuccoli” live competition in May 2025 in Italy
  • 1st/2nd/3rd Prize Winners name will be published on the “Luigi Zanuccoli” International Competition official website

7. SPECIAL PRIZES

  • Concerts Prizes for main Italian Music Festivals (extra fee of 50 Euros)
  • Youngest Talent of each category – Award Certificate (extra fee of 30 Euros)

8. GENERAL REGULATIONS

  • Candidates may participate in multiple sections in the competition.
  • Candidates may choose to participate in an age category that is higher if they wish. However, they can only participate in one age category in each section.
  • Participants must stick to the maximum timing for their programmes.
  • The application fees for the competition includes the obligatory membership fees to the Association. Fees are non-refundable unless the section/category is cancelled.

9.  APPLICATION PROCESS

The Application form must be submitted ONLINE (click here to apply) no later than the 10th March 2025.

In addition to the application form, the following must be included:

  • Copy of ID with photo and date of birth of the participant (for example, passport)
  • Confirmation of bank transfer of the application and accompanist fee (if applicable)
